Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using BabyBumpShots ("the Service", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. This Agreement applies to all visitors, clients, and users who access or use our Service.
1. Binding Agreement & Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, uploading reference images, selecting aesthetic styles, or initiating a checkout order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using the Service immediately.
2. User Eligibility & Multi-Subject Consent
You must be at least 18 years of age to access our Platform. When uploading reference photographs:
- Individual Ownership: You warrant that you own or have obtained the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload the reference images.
- Couple & Family Shoots: When uploading photos containing your spouse, partner, or family members for couples or family sessions, you warrant that you have obtained their explicit consent to submit their likeness.
- Newborn & Infant Photos: For our newborn and baby photography packages, you affirm that you are the lawful parent or legal guardian of the child depicted and possess full authority to submit their photos for portrait rendering.
- Prohibited Content: You may not upload non-consensual images, photos depicting unlawful acts, or material infringing on any third party's privacy or trademark rights.
3. Scope of Services & AI Generations
BabyBumpShots delivers boutique generative digital photography across three curated collections:
- Maternity & Family: Outdoor golden hour, romantic couples, and shared maternity photo sessions.
- Newborn & Baby: Soothing in-studio newborn photography shoot presets and family newborn keepsakes.
- Studio & Boudoir: Empowering fine art pregnancy boudoir photography captured in high-contrast editorial monochrome and couture drapery.
All outputs are produced via advanced diffusion algorithms. While we strive for pristine artistic consistency, AI outputs are artistic interpretations and variations in lighting, background elements, and drapery are inherent to generative technology.
4. Confidentiality & 24-Hour Purge Commitment
We pledge unreserved confidentiality. Uploaded reference images are stored temporarily on private, 256-bit encrypted servers and are automatically, permanently deleted within 24 hours of delivery. Generated portraits are stored privately in your secure gallery accessible solely through your authenticated user session.
5. Payment Policy & Refund Terms
Orders are fulfilled through Whop embedded checkout with 256-bit SSL encryption.
- Pay-Per-Image: You are charged solely for the specific number of portraits selected during checkout ($4.00 per photo). There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden maintenance fees.
- Resource Allocation & Final Sale: Because each order immediately initiates compute resources and neural rendering pipelines on high-performance cloud clusters, transactions are generally final.
- Service Guarantee: In the rare event of a server disruption or unrendered portrait, contact our support team at babybumpstudio99@gmail.com for complimentary regeneration credits.
6. Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage
You retain all ownership, copyright, and title to your uploaded photos and generated portraits. You are free to print, frame, publish, and share your keepsake photos on personal social channels or birth announcements without restriction. We claim no ownership over your imagery.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of London, United Kingdom.
