At BabyBumpShots, we recognize that your pregnancy, couple moments, newborn portraits, and boudoir photos represent deeply intimate personal memories. We treat the privacy, confidentiality, and security of your family with uncompromised integrity. This policy outlines how your data is collected, processed, protected, and systematically erased.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimal data required to render your requested portraits and facilitate secure fulfillment:

  • Account Information: Name and email address when you sign in or receive order confirmations.
  • Uploaded Image References: Amateur smartphone photos you voluntarily upload depicting your baby bump, partner, family members, or newborn infants.
  • Generated Keepsake Portraits: High-definition digital images rendered across your chosen style collections (Maternity & Family, Newborn & Baby, Studio & Boudoir).
  • Transaction Metadata: Tokenized order IDs generated through our secure Whop checkout integration. We never store or handle your credit card numbers or financial credentials directly.

2. Strict 24-Hour Automated Data Purge

Unlike generic photo storage services that retain your private pictures indefinitely, BabyBumpShots operates an automatic 24-hour data scrub schedule.

All raw uploaded smartphone reference photos are held temporarily in encrypted ephemeral storage solely to complete your portrait transformation. Exactly 24 hours following delivery, all raw upload files are permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers.

3. Zero Biometric Profiling & No Facial Recognition

We operate under an uncompromising Zero Biometric Profiling Policy. We do not extract, store, or analyze facial geometry, iris patterns, biometric templates, or unique physiological vectors. Uploaded photos are strictly evaluated as structural composition guides (pose outline, silhouette contours, and lighting direction) to guide artistic diffusion styling.

4. Private Studio & Boudoir Confidentiality

For clients utilizing our Studio & Boudoir fine art packages, we enforce enhanced confidentiality protocols. Boudoir reference photos and generated portraits are sandboxed within isolated storage buckets protected by authenticated User IDs. They are never published, showcased in public galleries, used for marketing without explicit written consent, or indexed by search engines.

5. Payment Security & Whop Embeds

All financial transactions are conducted through Whop's embedded checkout system using 256-bit SSL encryption. Whop is a certified PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Your cardholder data is transmitted directly to banking networks and is never received, stored, or processed on BabyBumpShots servers.

6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA & UK DPA)

You hold complete sovereignty over your data under international privacy legislation:

  • Right of Access: Request a copy of all portraits and parameters connected to your account.
  • Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request immediate, complete deletion of your account and all associated portrait files prior to the standard 24-hour purge.
  • No Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell, rent, or lease personal information or photographs to any third parties or data brokers under any circumstances.
